Eleven years across FinTech, InsurTech, and the architecture of agent systems.
I'm Sagar. I architect AI agent systems and production-grade FinTech / InsurTech platforms - the kind that have to survive 11:30 PM firefights, regulator audits, and quarterly cloud-cost reviews. I started in mechanical engineering, drifted into code because the hardest problems were there, and have spent the last 11 years learning the difference between systems that look elegant on a slide and systems that actually hold up at p99. I write about both.
Most production AI agent systems fail because people design them like chatbots. Agents need clear routing - orchestrator, leads, specialists - not free-form conversation. The same pattern as any well-run org.
I used to think LLMs would replace architecture work. Two years of building production AI systems convinced me of the opposite - LLMs amplify the cost of bad architecture. The harder the model, the more brutal the design debt becomes.
Sagar impressed us with his passion for his work and dedication to achieving excellence. His meticulous approach to work and ability to handle complex challenges make him a go-to person for critical projects. His exceptional leadership skills inspire and motivate team members to achieve outstanding results.
I have worked with Sagar on a couple of projects and his dedication, approach to problem solving is great. He has a very good depth of knowledge on technology.
